Overview - Auto Invoice on Shipment Magento-2 Extension
In case, you are using offline payment methods then you may need to mark the order(s) as invoiced manually. By using this extension, you can automate this process as it will automatically invoice orders as soon as you mark them shipped.
This extension is intelligent enough to create invoice only for items that are being shipped instead of creating it for all the items.
You can configure this functionality based on payment methods. For example, you may want to allow this functionality only for orders placed via "Check/Money Order" payment method. You can also choose capture mode and email notification for automatic invoices.
