Our refund policy is quite simple and straightforward. We offer 15 days money back guarantee in below two scenarios:

  • Our product doesn't work as described on our product page and live demo setup
  • You found a bug in the product which we are not able to solve quickly (1-2 Business days)

Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization, and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.

Reasons for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in all following instances :

1. Refund is requested after the expiration of the 15 days since Product purchase.

2. The customer does not comply with the requirement to uninstall the Product before requesting a refund and terminate all its copies and derivatives within two calendar days starting from the date of the initiation of the refund process.

3. When we have reasons to believe that the extension was purchased with the sole purpose to copy and reproduce its code without our explicit written consent.

4. If a customer can't provide sufficient proof that product is not as per demo, or not working with their setup, or even not possible to fix by our support team.

5. If a customer asks for non-refundable items like Fees for installation, conflict resolution, and customization services.

6. Purchasing products before sales or promo campaigns can not be a reason for a refund.

7. Third-party conflicts are not entitled to a refund. However, It will be entertained with paid support.
