In particular, we would stress that RedChamps does not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. This policy is drafted in accordance with the laws of India. If there is a conflict between a translated version and the English and Welsh version of these terms then, to the extent permitted under applicable law, the English and Welsh version shall prevail.

How do we store your data?


The personal data that you provide when you install one of our apps is securely stored on DigitalOcean-provided infrastructure, hosted within their United States data centres. It is communicated to our apps via HTTPS connection which then sends this to databases via an SSL connection where it is then encrypted at rest.

 

Your data may also be stored in third-party services that are used, such as HelpScout, HubSpot and Google Workspaces for support requests.

 

We will keep your contact details until you cease using our services and 5 years after in order to verify our relationship. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting it from our databases.

 

We will keep your marketing consent until you revoke this consent.
