You may want to send an email with different content based on the group of the customer. For example, a completely different email for wholesale customers & a regular template for other customers. These email templates can be

If that's the case, then this extension is built for you. It allows configuring different email templates based on customer groups.

You can just create a new email template at admin path Marketing - Email Templates & configure it for a specific customer group at admin path

How to configure the group-specific email templates?

The customer group-specific email template configuration is located just below a regular template setting.

For example, for "New Order" it's at admin path
