    • You can edit/adjust content of predefined templates while sending followup email.

    Overview - Order Followup Email Magento-2 Extension

    Ever feel like following up with customers about their orders regarding delivery address correction, delivery time update, etc. If the answer is yes then this extension is built for you.

    How will this work?

    • It will provide a new button named "Followup Email" on the order view page in admin.
    • Once you click this button then an interface is presented to choose any predefined email template or start with a blank email
    • Once the choice has been made, you will be offered an editor to edit/type the email content post which you can hit the "Send" button.
    • The history of each follow-up email will be available in the new "Follow up History" tab on the admin order view page
