    Overview - Order State/Status/Email Editor Magento-2 Extension

    As the name describes, this Magento 2 extension will help you to change the customer email address or state/status for an existing order.

    It can be very useful in many scenarios, some of them are

    • 1) Customer mistakenly typed the wrong email address while placing the order and contacted the sales team for amendments. In this case, the sales/support team can just open the order in the admin panel & change the email address.
    • 2) Magento doesn't provide much flexibility of switching order state/status manually. So, using this extension you can easily switch the order from any state/status to another.
