Description

Overview - XML Sitemap URL Exclude Magento-1 Extension

There can be many URLs in Magento store which you don't want to submit to search engines via XML sitemap. For example, you might not want to submit "Enable Cookies" or "Privacy Policy" cms pages.

So by using this small Magento extension you can specify those URLs as a next line in text box at admin path

System > Configuration > Catalog > Google Sitemap > Exclude Links

XML Sitemap Exclude Option Magento 1

and as a result, those links will not be included in the XML sitemap

Works in Admin , breaks generation by CRON [Resolved]
Works perfectly when generating the sitemap via Frontend(Admin). But when the CRON comes , the generated file is generated with no contents. At a first glance , i've checked and i think it's due to the fact that the event is set on "adminhtml" only.

From RedChamps Team: We have fixed this issue in latest version 1.0.1
